1. What we collect
Account info (name, email), usage data, and the inputs/outputs of agent runs you initiate.
2. How we use it
To provide the service, send transactional email, debug failures, and bill for usage. We do not sell your data.
3. Region pinning
Tenant data stays in the region you select at signup (US / UAE / EU). Backups never cross regions.
4. Credentials
Third-party credentials (e.g., Gmail OAuth) are encrypted with AWS KMS, decrypted only inside the credential resolver, and never logged or replayed.
5. Sub-processors
A list of sub-processors (LLM providers, infra) is published and updated. Material additions are communicated 30 days in advance.
